Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds will be made if requested, 1 month before the date of the training, with a $25 processing fee.

There will be no refunds for cancellations made after the 1 month cut off, although substitutions may be permitted. Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not attend the event

Notice of cancellation/substitution must be made by emailing Shelly Wollerman through our Contact page on our website. A cancellation acknowledgment will be sent within 5 working days and fees will be refunded within 10 working days. We do not issue refunds once the event has occurred.
